My wife and I both love to cook and although we like most cuisines we tend to fall back on a lot of typical things we make often. We ordered these to have a reason to branch out and try making homemade dumplings rather than just steaming frozen ones or getting them with takeout. Once you get used to the process it isn't too hard to make a number of dumplings quickly especially with a couple of people doing it in a bit of an assembly line process. The dumpling maker works well and seems to be well made.

So easy to use. The hardest part was finding the dumpling wrappers! Follow the 123 instructions and you'll have a bunch of dumplings to steam in no time. For a manual dumpling maker I would highly recommend this one.

I make baozi frequently, but folding them up is a pain in the butt. This makes closing baozi a breeze. It's super easy to use and is much cleaner than folding them manually. It works well. It's easy to clean. I'm thrilled to have it in my kitchen.
